Shipping Information

Beginning around June 19, 2008, all US shipments will be shipped via The United States Post Office, and will typically be mailed Priority Mail.  International shipments will be sent regular USPS shipping, and usually require no special ordering (if an order comes in that does require an additional charge, we will contact you as soon as possible regarding that).  If you would prefer another method of shipment, such as UPS, contact us before ordering, and we will try to accomodate that request (UPS shipping is generally $10.95).   
 

USPS Priority Mail: The most popular choice among customers based on the rate.  Most orders ship out under the 1 pound limit.  Priority Mail is advertised as 2-3 business day delivery (add a day or two for Hawaii and Alaska), according to http://www.usps.com/.  However, there have been instances when it takes longer than that.  Unless online ordering is down, orders will have a delivery confirmation number, which I can provide upon request.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  If the billing address and shipping address are different:  If the shipping address is rejected by USPS online shipping, then the items will default to the billing address.  Please let us know if that is an issue!

USPS Express Mail: By far the fastest delivery option available on the website.  USPS Express Mail is guaranteed next business day delivery (and sometimes on Saturdays too).  It is also the most expensive option.  Express Mail does include a tracking number, but you must call the post office (1-800-ASK-USPS) in order to track your package.  This is an extra option.  If you click on "All Items" in the products section, you will see where you can add this option to your order.

Please take notice that I do not have the time to email each customer with the tracking information of their order.  If you are curious, or would like this information once your order has shipped, please feel free to email me with your inquiry.  I will get back to you with any applicable tracking information as soon as possible.
