ATTN...THERE ARE A FEW PEOPLE THAT HAVE SENT A COUPLE COMMENTS, AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REPLY BUT KEEP GETTING MY EMAILS BOUNCED BACK.  PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TYPING IN YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, SO THAT I CAN GET BACK TO YOU!  TO BE SAFE, YOU COULD ALSO TYPE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN THE BODY OF YOUR COMMENTS AS WELL.

 
 
The ship by date is how the orders are sorted when they come in, so that everyone has their order by the time they need it.  We are so busy, that we are basing it more on this, than a particular time frame. On the order page we request a "ship by" date, with a minimum of 4-6 weeks.  We watch these dates very carefully, to make sure that everyone gets their order in time.   Make sure that you consider photo shoots, or dress alterations when choosing your need by date.  Also keep in mind that if the ship by date is September of 2010, it might get put behind orders with a need by date of May, 2008.  =)  I would love to do all order on a first come first served basis, but I've found it just doesn't always work out that way, and we are working right now on both that and the ship by dates.   However, I do hope  to get back to basing them in the order that we receive them.  =)
 
That all being said, you can always change that date!  Say your wedding is in January of next year, and you put your ship by date as November of this year.  But then you schedule some Bridal portraits for summertime and would like your garters for that--Please feel free to email us, and we will change the date and get them to you in time!  Or your dress comes in 3 months early, and you start alterations-let us know and we can get your dress label to you so you can get it sewn in.

We have been getting a few inquiries on delivery time, so I wanted to leave a quick note here to remind everyone to read the FAQS page about shipping time.  Due to the number of orders we are receiving on a daily basis, the turnaround time is a little longer.  Keep in mind that each order is custom made for you!  That is the pride of our business-that we can offer a product made just for you.    Of course, Rush ordering is always available-please see the FAQS for details.  If you ever have any questions, please feel free to email us at any time!

Please check your spam folders, and watch for our emails!  We have had a few people say that they have not gotten our replies.  If you have sent an email recently, and have not heard back, PLEASE email again!  I won't know that you didn't get my reply if you don't email again! 
 
Please keep in mind that we do not email every person about their order, unless we have a question about it.  I do miss being able to email back and forth throughout the order process, but we are not just so busy that if I did that, I'd be on the computer all day, instead of at the sewing machines getting all these orders finished.  =)
